National Night Out!!!

Wednesday Night was National Night Out, so we decided to join everyone and Go out. We went to the Top Foods parking lot where they had free food and They had a Motorcycle cop (i am just glad priest didn't ask me if that was the cop that pulled me over a couple weeks ago) Cops and their dogs, Priest got to sit and buckel up on a Fire Truck, He threw a couple ball to see how fast he could throw (he is so little it did not even track how fast but he did pretty good) He was so close to knocking someone in the dunk tank and his favorite thing was the Inflatable slide, Prentice had a good time on the Slide too. It was a beautiful night and fun hanging out with our family!

Tour De Terrace and Family Reunion 2010

On friday night we took the boys to Mountlake terrace Parade with Grandma and Grandpa Nelson. It was a Beautiful night. The Parade started with Priest glued to my lap and would not lt me put him down and reminded me every minute to cover his ears when the Pirates came, it really started with an AMAZING show from the Seattle Motorcyle Drill team, the best show I have seen from them. Prentice was in awe, Priest just did not what them to get to close to him. The Grand Marshall of the Parade was Edgar Hanson from the Deadliest Catch fishinf Vessel The Northwestern, behind him was another crew member Matt. The Parade was fun the Pirates where great. One reason why we love Parades right now is because our kids love to snuggle with us and are really calm during the Parade. It was alot of fun.
Saturday we had a family reunion at Dick and Karen Andersons house, it was nice seeing everyone, and the food was wonderful. Prentice ate like 3 plates full. After the reunion we wnt home and watch the Torchlight Parade on TV. We had a wonderful weekend.

Another Evening at the Skate Park!!!

Priest Love going to the skate park. It is his favorite thing to do. He does not want to go to a regular park he wants the skate park. We have been to a few in the area, this one was right by our house and he had a blast, a kid there let Priest ride his razor because his scooter is breaking. Prentice had fun on the sidelines watching his brother zoom past him. He had a collison with a guy on a bike but Priest got up and back at it. Alot of the people there are really great about Priest being there, they think he is so cool because he is so young and trys to do jumps. I might have the next Tony Hawk or Shawn White on my hands. Good thing we have insurance!!!
